Job Description for Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager
- Initiate one-on-one sales meetings with customers via direct sourcing
- Achieve disbursement targets on a month-on-month basis
- Maintain good professional relationships with new and existing customers through frequent visits and calls along with effective grievance handling to maintain a positive business reputation
- Grow branch business by identifying new sales through quality sourcing and ensure branch targets by generating business along with cross-selling and up-selling for both new and existing customers
- Ensure collection efficiency
- Co-own the customer for the first 12 months with responsibility for Bucket 1 collection (New to Institute cases)
- Ensure timely completion of file login requirements
- Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with banking and NBFC rules, regulations, and procedures
- Adherence to sales processes and operational checklists
- Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) with a minimum of 5 to 6 new customer visits per day (120+ customers per month)
- Achieve cross-selling targets
- Maintain quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and organizational data
- Ensure adherence to daily team meetings
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Language proficiency in local language along with Hindi and English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Devotion to high-quality customer service
- High energy and strong motivation level
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and helmet
- Ideal candidate age should be between 25 to 30 years
- This role requires extensive travelling
Position Reporting:
This position reports to Branch Manager.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate (10+2+3) or Postgraduate.
Work Experience:
- Minimum experience of up to 5 years in sales
- Experience in financial or banking sector will be preferred
